We hope you love your Ivy & Indigo order, but if you change your mind, you can let us know within 14 days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
Items should be returned in good condition, and return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility. Personalised, perishable, or certain hygiene-sealed items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll do our best to put things right. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method once your return has been received and checked.
We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order
