Order Processing
We aim to process and prepare all orders within 2 business days.
Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on Monday.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the following delivery options apply:
Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class) - £3.95
Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Free Standard Delivery on orders over £40.
Express Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class) — £5.95
Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Please remember that delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and dispatched.
During particularly busy periods, such as Christmas and other seasonal events, processing or delivery may take a little longer.
